A1 — The Universal Call to Holiness — Session 3 of 5

Learn

Your daily work — your job, your family duties, your ordinary life — is not an obstacle to holiness but the very means God gives you. St. Josemaria Escriva's "sanctify your work, sanctify yourself in your work, sanctify others through your work." The Morning Offering transforms every action into prayer.

Engage

Sort 8 daily activities into "Obstacle to Holiness" or "Means to Holiness" — trick question: ALL of them can be means to holiness when offered to God.

Today's Practice

Tomorrow morning, before doing anything else, say: "Lord, I offer you everything I do today — my work, my conversations, my frustrations, my joys. Use it all for your glory." That's the Morning Offering.

Habit Tip: "After my alarm goes off, I will say the Morning Offering" — anchor new habits to existing triggers (BJ Fogg).
