The drill: "In the name of Jesus, I renounce all spirits of doubt. I renounce all spirits of despair. I renounce all spirits of narcissism..." spoken aloud, in the will, against the felt pull of desolation.

The exact form Stephanie teaches (SWADOS 5, ~24:05):

In the name of Jesus, I renounce all spirits of doubt. In the name of Jesus, I renounce all spirits of despair. In the name of Jesus, I renounce all spirits of narcissism. In the name of Jesus, I renounce all spirits of pride. In the name of Jesus, I renounce all spirits of vanity. In the name of Jesus, I renounce all spirits of fear. In the name of Jesus, I renounce all spirits of unforgiveness.

The power is in the name of Jesus, not in the formula. Vary the list as needed for what you are actually under (anxiety, lust, anger, sloth — whatever the specific opposition is). Don't recite by rote; renounce specifically.

Spoken aloud is preferred when possible. The audible word engages the body in the will-act. Whispered when audible isn't possible; in the mind when nothing else is.

You can also affirm the opposite virtue after the renunciation: "In the name of Jesus, I claim the gift of faith. ...the gift of hope. ...the gift of love." This is not required but it leaves the will positively oriented at the end.
